Once I had the idea going, the whole thing was relatively easy to put together. I held my hand up over some regular white paper and made a claw. It threw a shadow on the paper that I quickly and lightly sketched around in pencil. Then I went over the drawing with the pencil again and made the fingers thinner and bony-er. I cut it out and put the template over the DCWV Green cardstock. Then I chalked around the edges with the dark green. I cut the nails freehand from DCWV Black cardstock then went over them with the glitter glue. I added some rhinestones to simulate a ring (witches can have a little bling can't they?!) I cut a sleeve from the Pinecone Press paper then used that cut as a template for the vellum. After adhering the vellum, I cut the bottom strips of the sleeve and hit the tips with a little of the glitter glue. I attached the hand and sleeve with the pop dots since the background paper is pretty colorful and busy. I cut the Skull/Crossbones on the Very Vanilla paper and chalked around the edges with a mix of the gray and light brown chalks and added the red rhinestones to the eyes. I attached it to a 4x6 cellophane bag that I'd filled with candy and attached with the CM Tape Runner and small Zots. I cut the "Treats" with my Gypsy, cut the spider web and attached it and the spider.
