This is my first submission to the Circle Challenge. The "rules" were to make something for Halloween (card, scrapbook page, home decor item) and include 2 different Cricut cuts AND utilize some sort of transparent element in your design. I started with a simple idea, then somehow it turned into this much more involved project but I'm really happy with the outcome! I hope I made the Cricut group and fellow crafters proud!
